Service department couldn't work on my truck on the
Service department couldn't work on my truck on the appointment date due to a customer emergency but did ask to bring it on the next day. Brought my truck in the next morning and the service department started to work on it as soon as I came in. They did fix the alignment issue and I and very satisfied with the work they did.

When I hit the send button for is this vehicle available. I ask what is the payload/towing capacity. I've never gotten an answer. I don't have time to talk to every dealer I hit that button with. There are over 4,500 trucks alone for sale in a 100 mile radius of me, and these people are arrogant enough to think they are the only ones I've contacted. When someone hits the send button from cars.com with additional questions. ANSWER THEM. Do not make someone take an extra step of calling. You have a national inventory that's increased from about a million in July of 2022 to almost 2 million in Dec of 2022. Every manufacturer has a double digit supply of new cars, Ford is almost at a 70 day supply of new vehicles. Whole sale used vehicles sales have plummeted, interest rates have gone up. Carvana is looking like it's going into bankruptcy. You need to work a little harder for your sales.
