This may have been the most straightforward car purchase I've ever done. I did my homework, found the SUV I wanted (2008 Volvo XC90 V8) at an excellent price, arranged a test drive, and purchased a few days later. No pressure and no problems. Al Travis was excellent to deal with, and answered all my questions. Can't really ask for anything more.

Was shopping for an Buick online and came across this Encore in my color.Hooked up with salesperson Al Travis that gave me a hassle free buying experience. He seemed to make it go smoothly and is someone that I would recommend to do business with. During the paper work Al had my vehicle detailed and topped of with fuel. Al also went through all the features of the car and XM radio and On-Star.Even though it is a 78 mile one way trip for me I'm glad that I went and would do it again. I deffinetly recommend Crippen.

Worked with Rodney on an Internet Sale of a Volvo XC70, Personable and all round great guy. Made for a low pressure experience where the product did the talking and he filled in the blanks and answered questions, ushering the purchase through with little effort.
