We had no intentions of purchasing but our XT4 was in for service, it was nearing the warranty expiration, and we’ve been considering switching back to a sedan for some time. The sales team provided us options and we left informed but not pressured. We returned to kick the tires again and frankly I was leaning towards waiting to purchase; however, the offer was too attractive to walk away from. Thanks to Nick and Woody, we’re driving a brand new car without the stereotypical dealer challenges and purchasing anxiety. An overall pleasant and stress free experience. Well done!

My salesman Barry was excellent from start to finish. Just moved here from up north and Fields St Augustine has completely changed my negative opinion of having to buy a car. Up north from the moment you would pull into a parking lot the goldfish would circle the tank and it was so uncomfortable. FIELDS didn’t run to come and attack you to show you something, they asked if they could get you anything like a beverage or food and then slowly would move through the process where you didn’t feel like you were being rushed so they could get to the next customer.

Fields cadillac awesome dealership. Joe the service advisor is professional, explains what's to be done answers any questions you may have and is very personable. Sales are professional and polite without being pushy. Shop mechanics get it right the first time, thanks for that. Walking past a new escalade and was approached by a sales person. Asked if I was interested and instantly offered 40k but seeing it was 117k that didn't work. MEet the GM outstandingly personality. If I missed anyone SORRY. Overall again FIELDS CADILLAC is the BEST.
