Fast and friendly. My salesperson Eddie Geha picked up my truck from work and brought it back what a great way to do business.

Recall and Oil Change

My car had a recall on it and I was given the date and to bring it In. Your Service Team is an asset to your Dealership. They provided transportation to/from the Dealership and called a head when the car was ready. I received excellent service. .

Great Service

I came to get my 25,000 mile service and oil change. The service was done quickly and professionally and was cost effective.The staff quickly wrote up my order and my car was taken care of without any problems.

Great Service

Dave in the service department was very professional. He let me know that my car had an oil leak and was waiting to get me a loaner. He did exactly was he said he was going to do; and he called me to keep me updated with the service performed on my Explorer. He is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Bob Maxey's as my personal dealership.

WELL I HAVN'T HAD THE OPPOTUNITY TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM BOB MAXEY IN A WHILE, BUT I STILL HAVE THE 2004 MERCURY MOUNTAINEER THAT I HAD PURCHASED FROM THE USED CAR LOT FROM SALES ASSOCIATE DAN KOWALSKI ( P.S.> I HOPE THAT I GOT DAN'S LAST NAME RIGHT - L.o.l. ) BUT MY EXPERIENCE THERE HAVE BEEN A GREAT ONE. I'M ALWAYS GREETED WITH RESPECT AND THE QUESTIONS THAT I NEED ANSWERED ARE USUALLY WHAT I WANT TO HEAR.
