Great Service

I really like the friendly staff very clean my service guy is awesome he really take care of me when i come in let me know what's going on with my car. (Art Miller)

Great job keep up the good work. In and out in a flash, I didn't even have time to enjoy TV and my soda.

Excellent services

I was truly pleased with my last service call to your Dealership service Department. My car was ready for me at the time stated when I arrived. This was important to me because I had a full schedule that day.

Purchase of 2016 Ford

This is my second purchase at your Detroit dealership. Gabe Peterson is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and thorough. I literally had a new car in less than two hours. Mike in service dropped by to say hello. Because I live in Grosse Pointe, I could get my service done at your Grosse Pointe dealership but my preference is Detroit.

As always satified customer

My car is a 2013 C Max Hybrid My service was a damaged tire. The service department search for a replacement tire for my car when they could not locate one they found a tire by another manufacturer that was a very close match. Once the tire was in the shop they quickly installed it reset the sensor and washed the car. Dave called me and the car was ready and waiting when I returned. I am happy to have this dealership down the street from my office and have recommended the service department to several people in my building

Requesting additional Service

The experience with Mr. Mark O'Bryant and the management exceeded my expectations. However, I am disappointed that I will need to bring my car in for servicing. It makes knocking noise when turn the heating system on. It makes another distinctive noise. Also I have smelled fumes on occasion as late as Tuesday, January 19th. I spoke with Art (?) in the Service Department. He asked me to bring it Monday, but I must be at work at 8:00 a.m. Because of that the earliest I can bring my car is Thursday, January 28th, my day off because it is my birthday.
