This was our second time buying from Doug Justus. As with our first trip, this was just as smooth. Nate helped us with both vehicles and was attentive to our needs. I really like the no pressure selling style that we have encountered while working with Doug Justus. Hopefully, when we need another vehicle, Doug Justus can come to the rescue again.

He was very professional and great to work with. I will recommend this car lot to friends and family anytime. I will buy here again.

Rusty heaps. My brother and l purchased two Subarus the same day. Subsequently, we had nothing but problems. The undercarriage was nearly rotten due to excessive rust from northern salt roads. Inspect!!

Return customer because of previous positive interaction with Doug Justus sales and service department. It would be beneficial to have a record of recent oil change or have one done before the vehicle left the lot. Answering machine leaves a lot to be desired. No direct line to service department. Kept disconnecting. Good to see how busy the lot was when I went there last week! Sharon in the credit department was most helpful in answering questions. Very knowledgeable, very kind.

Mike Walls was our salesman and he did an absolutely amazing job. Used car dealers get a bad rap, but it was honestly a wonderful experience. No haggling, no "going to ask the manager,"... I simply test drove the vehicle, said yes, and he got the paperwork ready. I drove all the way from Jefferson County to buy from him and I'll do it again the next time I need a car!
