PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Newly married and needed a reliable car. I didn't have much money and didn't want a car payment. Went to Doug Justus because i saw a decent forester on their web site. When we arrived I had Zero help from any "salesman". Tried to negotiate and the "salesman" was firm. He told me him and his wife had been driving this car since it arrived at the dealership. Told me he loved the car and was a great buy. Welp, three months and 2300 miles (driven) later the car stalled...motor was shot. Long story short: We basically spent $7800.00 for a chassis. Ended up selling the bucket for about $2500.00 to try and go towards another car. Great Scam you guys got going (thumbs up) F.Y.I: this review in Google has 21 thumbs up. That should tell you something.

I will never buy a car here .The salesman we had was rude and disrespectful just because we asked if the prices were negotiable.He told us he hated it didn't work.out and have a nice day and pointed at the door.I have no idea why you would have people with a bad attitude working for you .

Bought a 2006 Nissan Xterra in March 2020. Covid 19 took care of the warranty as we were not able to drive it much. The vehicle has just over 102,000 miles on it. Have had nothing but trouble with it. Have had to replace spark plugs, spark plug wires, valve cover gasket, assembly hose, cam sensors and the service engine soon light still comes on. In addition to that, the vdc off light and the slip light comes on. Also, even though the tire pressures are fine in all the tires, the low tire pressure light stays on. Right now I am at Pep Boys waiting on a diagnostic test to see if we can see why these lights are on. I know you take a risk buying a used car but I though with a car fax report it may have been worth the risk. This vehicle doesn't have enough mileage on it to have this many issues. It has been a money pit and a bad experience.

We had shied away from Doug Justus Auto Center because of various opinions within our community, but it seemed like there were an awful lot of cars around town with their logo on the back bumper. We decided to give it a try and had a great experience! The multitude of cars are well-presented with the good, the bad, and the ugly on full display. The carfax is always found in the glove box, and the cars are almost always unlocked so that you can peruse at your own leisure. There's no pressure from sales people. We dealt with Hunter Hancock, who was a true delight. He was knowledgeable and super nice. We made our purchase there (2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI) and everything so far is great. We felt like the experience was fantastic and were happy with the entire exchange.

We love our Kia Optima. We had a wonderful and quick experience here with very nice and friendly people. Michael was a pleasure to work with. Nothing bit good things to say about Doug Justus!! Thanks again and I will recommend you to all I know!!!

I held off on the review until I put 300 miles on the car. It drives great. On to the review-- my first time financing a car in my life, and it was seamless here. I had done my research on one particular car on the lot. I showed up an hour before close on a Saturday, and they were slammed. They were courteous and checked on me every 10 minutes to let me know they had not forgotten about me. I test drove the car with zero sales pressure of any kind, it was so refreshing and relieved a lot of my anxiety. Michael was prompt and professional with every single transaction and never once made me feel pressured to purchase. I then learned that they make salary - they do not make commissions on the number of vehicles sold. I wish every dealership worked that way! It was too late to get financing on a Saturday evening so we stayed in touch through text and I came in on Monday afternoon to buy the car. Easiest transaction I could have asked for, and Michael was very knowledgeable about the car and the financing. I will be recommending Doug Justus to my friends and family.
