Service was good once I got someone to help me. Was there almost 4 hrs from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming.

It was a very pleasant experience working with the staff at Doug Justus, they were all super nice and helpful. I was able to test drive a few different cars and ended up finding one that I really loved. The buying process was pretty quick and painless as well. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my experience there and I would recommend it to anyone.

Have now purchased my 4th car in the past 4 years from here. Staff is always very polite and curtious. Always best pricing around due to non commission based sales. Makes for a very relaxed non pushy environment. Lot is very clean and organized.

We asked for a salesman at time of arrival but no one assisted us after 20 minutes so we wandered around the lot for 30 minutes maybe longer then asked again for a salesman which took another 20 minutes. Were were promptly informed they do not negotiate price, its full price .... even though no one is shopping under stay home orders, but had to have a car as an essential worker in grocery store. 90 minutes later.....finally left with vehicle

From selecting the car via the website to the test drive and purchase, it was an extremely easy experience. I appreciated the social distancing measures that were implemented as well.

We went there to see a particular Lexus RX 330, but found another one we liked even better, in great shape, at a great price. Everyone was friendly. They have a lot to choose from...No pressure sales people, car came with a warranty, easiest car purchase we've ever made, and we love our Lexus!! Thank you Doug Justus Auto Center!!
