great service dept, had my oil changed and recalls done,

great service dept, had my oil changed and recalls done, they even detailed my truck as a courtesy service .

Do not buy from here!

Do not buy from here!!!!! They will sell you a lemon car and garbage warranty. Vehicle will break down before you even make it to first year

Service department the worst you can find 3 hr for oil

Service department the worst you can find 3 hr for oil change without tire rotation. With appointment. Service people having fun on the cell phones. Texting watching videos. And the costumer waiting like stupids. Never come back

Joe Worley, my salesman, was very courteous and made buying my car easy and affordable. Anthony, in the Service department is very courteous and keeps you informed when your vehicle is being repaired or getting maintenance done. If you want to find a great car or truck, go check them out!

Made an appointment online for 3-29-2025 at 9.

Made an appointment online for 3-29-2025 at 9.15am. upon arriving i was told they had somehow over booked appointments and the wait time for oil changer was 2.5 to 3 hours long before they can touch my vehicle, every time I go to this dealer there is always an issue. they just do oil change but no recommendations per mileage, not even filters. Last time I visit this dealer taking my business elsewhere!!!

I brought my 2019 GMC Canyon in for a check on the

I brought my 2019 GMC Canyon in for a check on the transmission stuttering when shifting. My truck sat in the Big Star parking lot for 2 week with no service performed - I finally cancelled the service and picked up the vehicle. And was charged $195 for a vehicle inspection by a mechanic. I've been bringing my truck to Big Star service for 5 1/2 years with no issues, but this latest visit will result in my never coming back. John Harris was my service coordinator, and he was very nice when I dropped off the truck, but during the 2 weeks he failed to return my phone calls and emails - a few emails he did reply to but after at least a day. Poor communication with the customer. And when I picked up the truck he didn't apologize - didn't say a word. I'm telling everyone I can about this terrible experience, recommending they don't do business with Big Star.

Alex Rivera was the best!

Alex Rivera was the best! I told him exactly what I wanted & the next day I drove away in my dream car. He then sold my husband his dream truck the day after. Highly recommend!
