Great service
Morgan was great! He is the reason I keep coming back! I bought my equinox a year ago and still hadn't gotten a chip. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked about the chip. He checked into it. Dan told me it would be about 2.5 hours for an oil change , tire rotation, and the chip installation. I told Dan I would schedule the chip at another time because I didn't have time to wait that long. Morgan surprised me at the payment station and said that they did both in an hour. He saved me time, patience, and gas/mileage to make it back to the dealership for another appt for the chip. 100% satisfied and great customer service!! I now have heated seats!

Bought a new truck in March.
Bought a new truck in March. Salesman promised chips to be installed in the 2nd or 3rd quarter. Called today still no chip or date to get one. They lie to make a sale. Now no heated seats for winter!

Stopped in at 10:30 to get a quote, gave the salesman
Stopped in at 10:30 to get a quote, gave the salesman until 2:30 and still no quote was prepared. He claimed he would text it in between but failed to do so. Also, kept pushing to get our trade valued first which we wanted to handle separately. 2 Ford dealers had quotes on paper immediately and valued the trade while we test drove. Embarrassing for Chevy. Won’t be buying from them.

They were great!
They were great! I was able to get in really quickly to test drive the vehicle I was looking at, and the sales person I worked with (Tony Brama) was great about answering all my questions without pressuring. He even took the time to make sure I was familiar with all the controls, how to adjust the seat, sync my phone, etc. after the paperwork was signed and I was ready to drive away. Everyone was super helpful and quick getting back to me, and Jim Partin was a big help with the financing and helped get a better rate than what I originally had lined up through my credit union. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend!

Horrible incompetent high priced dealership!
Horrible incompetent high priced dealership! Don’t know what they are doing! Car wouldn’t start they couldn’t find anything wrong or else lied about the diagnostic. Stranded me at work cost me an expensive Uber ride and a really expensive tow! Don’t get your car serviced here go to Roseville Chevrolet.

I have least three cars from them and would be going for
I have least three cars from them and would be going for more and make it my dealership it's 3 miles down one road for me to get there very easy every time I've gone there though I've been told something different and lately it's been horrible my family had been in there before but they all went to Rosedale and had acquired their cars through there I thought I would do so but continue to go here. No more I will be going to Rosedale Chevrolet from now on this is definitely one of the worst college dealerships in the state of Minnesota I'm ashamed at their behavior and I will be taking action I will never go back there again the ruthless and shrewd dishonest. When I was sick I asked him not to call me for a few weeks yet they called every day and several times a day and asked me to come in knowing that I had told somebody I was Ill that is not nice

I asked your sales people NOT to call me as I am sick and have to work a lot and have issues. I stated that I would call "Dallas" back within a week. "Christina" CALLED ME TODAY. I work and have to deal with issues. I leased three cars from here, regreted the service each time. My family who mostly drive Chevy's did go here once or twice a few years ago. Even then, they would not buy from here, went to Rosedale Chevy. I stuck with it because it was convenient. Now, they have crossed the line. They called me when I specifically asked them not to. I even told Dallas I would call or be in next week, asked for his day off so I wouldn't' go in. He asked if I would like to talk to someone (they were closing, I was headed to bed last night), I said, "No, I am sick and I sleep and work a lot. PLEASE do not call me, I will call you, I will be in." Somehow, Christina acquired my information and called. Thanks you two, class act (not)!j By the way, I had sent referrals and was going to stay w/FF for this car, next and one more before retirement. Do not contact me again. Your actions are borderline criminal.

Was a poor experience at first.sales made promises that at signing the used car manager didn't honor.didnt get to even test drive the car.scared someone might steel it.so we finally bought it.drove it 5 miles the ft end shimmed. Tps light was on.promided another key and fob .it took a week to get it back in there shop cause of snow.in the mean time we called upper management he got ahold of us.was shocked to find out they don't let people test drive it cause its a sports car told us that's not our policy.and we gave him the same list we did at time of purchase.not till the paperwork was done and the cashiers check was giving i got to drive it.to bring it back a week later to get the stuff fixed

We bought a used Hyundai from this dealer, they offer a friendly Chevrolet bumper to bumper warranty which includes wearable parts. We also paid to extended the next year. We have one bad tire on this vehicle, 3/32 of an inch, the other three are at 5/32 of an inch. Hyundai States right in their manual it is not recommended to replace only one or two tires as this could damage the drivetrain. They will only replace one tire and charge me for the other three. Not very friendly of a warranty. We should have known when we bought the vehicle, the salesperson knew absolutely nothing about the car, fortunately I did. Do not recommend shopping here
