Made an appointment to get recall work done.

Made an appointment to get recall work done. Dropped the vehicle off on a Monday and got a call Tuesday morning saying they don’t have parts and have no eta on them. Why make an appointment with no available parts? A complete waste of my time. Service writer wouldn’t answer why he didn’t check if parts were available said I was rude and walked away. This dealership was amazing to work with from start to finish. The cars on their lot were all of good quality and a step above the rest. The Salespeople, financing people and service people were fantastic.

Worked with Daniel in the service department to get my 2021 traverse fixed. I was in the middle of a difficult situation and was very pleased with Daniel's work. GM took good care of my in part thanks to Daniel's hard work.

I called Freindly Chev to see if the car was still

I called Freindly Chev to see if the car was still available, they said it was, I drove over a hour to get there and when I got there, they said it was sold, I kept seeing the car on all the websites that whole week, so on Friday I texted the salesman that the car was still on their website and asked if it was available again, he said he would check, 2 + hrs later he finally said it was available, I drove back up there and bought it! If I wouldn’t have texted him I would have lost the car!

Horrible service!

Horrible service!!! Scheduled an appointment my service van for oil change and to diagnose ac/heater control issues. When I got there they told me it was a drop off-when I made the appointment they never told me that it was a drop off. So they said they will call me to come back because it's gonna take 4 hours. Waited and got no call that evening. Next morning I called them myself and the lady at service pulled up my information and said it was done. Not knowing when I get there the advisor told me nothing had been done on the vehicle. First they didn't even bother to update me and lied that the vehicle was done and wasted my time to come in. That's shows that there service is horrible and they do not care about their customers. These are lazy and unprofessional people. They just lost a company's business!!!
