Did all my research online over the past two weeks. Was looking to by (today) a new, 2014 Buick LaCrosse, Premium II package. Walked in. Looked at the car. Sat in the car. Played with the dash and the new Buick entertainment system. Checked out the seats. Got out and checked the trunk size. I have now been in the dealership over 17 minutes. I looked at my watch to check, then counted the 8 sales people back slapping each other having a good old time. Customer service? This dealership knows nothing about it.

Service and repair
Dealership had vehicle for 10 hours and said they had the problem with my stabilitrack fixed only for the same problem to happen again 3 days later. I also went to dealer and had to wait for about 20 minutes to pay for the service that didnt work because no one knew how to run a credit card. This dealership has a long way to go in the customer service arena.

2013 GMC Terrain Purchase
I visited 2 other dealerships prior to visiting McCarthy Auto World. I found that they were able to offer me a lower price for the same vehicle. The entire sales staff was helpful with the sales and delivery of my 2013 Terrain and would recommend others check them out if they are in the market for a new Buick or GMC vehicle

Noisey Engine
Came in for engine noise in my 2010 Terrain. They replaced the fuel pump and timing chain. They were not able to give me a rental the first day, but able to on the second. First experience at a big dealership to auto repairs. It went great!

Wally McCarthy Service
Experienced problems with 2010 Terrain with transmission leak and timing chain. I was disappointed, at 54,000 miles I had had zero problems with the vehicle, in fact the braeks are even original. The service staff told me not to worry, GMC was aware of the issues and the repairs would be totally taekn care of under warranty and they had improved the parts to prevent a reoccurence. The car was fixed and on the road the next day. The professionalism, courtesy, and quality of both GMC products, and specifcally, Wally McCarthy staff is why I bought there and will go back. Thanks guys!

2 wheel drive
It was a great effort to find and acquire the specific truck I wanted (2wd). great job, I only came in to get 'sticker shock' as I didn't believe that there would be a 2wd truck that met my requirements.
