At first the salesman called me right away, I filled out a credit application and never heard back.... I texted and still nothing?? Was it my credit?? Was it my trade in??? it was a older model with low miles?? hard to finance??? If it was something with me, at least tell me and give me advice. I was so interested and really thought that I was finally going to get my dream car. I was already looking at accessories. Super sad, but if a dealer doesn't have time for me then I guess its a sign and there are many dealers out there.

The dealership was nice enough but it was a serious case
The dealership was nice enough but it was a serious case of bait and switch. NEVER buy the extended warranty and NEVER use their service center. They have held my car hostage AGAIN with no honest answer but "the part will be in tomorrow" - 5 DAYS IN A ROW. Lyft and UBER are NOT free and it is ridiculous that an honest answer can never be given. I REPEAT, DO NOT use the WIZ service center. Worst service I have ever encountered.

I am usually against leaving a review for places but I Purchased my 16 year old son’s car at Wiz and the dipstick was broken at time of purchase as a furious father(you can imagine) I called up and got sent to sydne at the repair shop. Thank GOD- I told her what was going on she had me bring the car down to look at it. Had the part from the dealer within a day and my son was back on the road. She called me and kept me posted on the status which eased my anxious son a lot. She is a pleasure to deal with especially given my frustration. I have yet have this customer service at a repair shopWiz is really great

The purchase experience was decent, but I have been waiting for $500 in refunds owed for more than six months. You can leave messages (I've left at least 10!!), send emails (I've sent over 40!!), get promised that you'll receive a call back (again today!!), but it's either Mike the sales manager doesn't know what he's doing or the company itself has issues. I'm owed this money, you are holding it hostage, it's unfair and pathetic to treat an honest customer this way.

I just purchased a VW Tiguan from Wiz, and I have to admit that the experience couldn't have been easier. Rafael, the salesman, was wonderful in making certain that the car was ready at the time that I arrived to test drive it. Furthermore, he washed and detailed the car so that it would look as presentable as possible. There was no pressure, and every question I had was answered. There were two mechanical issues with the car, which I pointed out after the test drive, and they were resolved by the time that I took delivery. More than the personnel, the facility itself is very modern, clean, and very welcoming. I will definitely return in search for other cars when the need arises. I encourage anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to stop by and see them.

I Feel Robbed
Long story short After being pre approved for a loan by Capital 1 i was told to put a down payment of 5k that was later charged/changed as a dealer fee by Kyle also on the day I went to see the car it was perfect but the next day I went to pick up the car after purchase I noticed a Major scratch in the driver door these people are evil

Zero customer satisfaction
I purchased my vehicle in February and it needed a hood release cable. After many phone calls asking when it would be arriving it finally arrived last week. I drive the 128 miles to the dealership 2 hours for my 9 am appointment to have it fixed and the service department can’t locate the cable the staff showed up at 9:10 am.

One of the worse experience I’ve had purchasing a used
One of the worse experience I’ve had purchasing a used vehicle. I bought my vehicle over 2 months and it still is not registered. When I pick up my truck they said I needed a cable which they would order and still do not have the parts. Now all of a sudden they have it overnight. My opinion is they don’t worry about customer satisfaction.
