My experience with wiz auto leasing Was great. My sales representative Gary made it much easier for me, He saved me a couple hours worth of driving. Gary drove the car from the Stratford location to the Milford dealership so I could take it for a test drive. I really liked the car everything was in perfect working order and they went the extra mile replacing the brakes and rotors. Gary even helped me find a better insurance provider... thank you Gary!

Nice Car!
We needed a car asap and went to Wiz Auto. I dealt with the salesman Jorge (a fairly new saleman). Always like to give the opportunity to new people. He was friendly, knowledgeable with inventory and very responsive. He was also eager to please us and had a passion for what he does. Ended up finding a fancy car for the whole family to enjoy. Thank you to Jared as well very professional and honest guys.

Terrible customer service and an awful finance...
Terrible customer service and an awful finance department. Verbally aggressive employee. We were asked to get a guarantor, we did so. Then they couldn't get the loan company to give us a loan b/c of the high mileage on the vehicle (something they should've known before they wasted all of our time). Then after a few days they said they could get us this other car but completely under my guarantor, not with either of names on it. The point of a guarantor is to guarantee the money is paid and for it to be run on their credit, not for the whole thing to be registered, insured, and bought completely by them. We needed this to help build our credit. The finance department literally said within a couple years when our credit improves, the guarantor could be taken off. We were mislead and now we are not only out an additional $400 for an extra week of rental, but we have wasted almost 1.5 weeks of our time. They need to look up the definition of a "guarantor."

Don’t trust these people.
I was interested in a car they had. The salesman called me four times. I returned his call twice. He never answered. The message said to come by anytime. I drove an hour and a half. I get there. The salesman Michael K. Did absolutely NO research and was telling me a vehicle was available that ended up being not available. Not because they sold it, but because there was a mechanical issue with it that made them unsure if they would even sell it. While it’s great that they wouldn’t sell me a vehicle with severe issues, it is OUTRAGEOUS that Michael was so completely ignorant as to how he should sell a car that he let me drive three hours out of my way to look at NOTHING. wouldn’t trust these people to sell me a garden hose.

BUYERS BEWARE THEY SELL FAULTY CARS
they sold me a car with a faulty tank sensors, as soon as i left went to put a fill out tank then the gauge didn't move. I came back and they told me they cant do anything. car had several mechanical issues check engine light and faulty codes started to appear within the first week of purchase alog with smoking exhaust. poor customer service since I was form out of town Tom took advantage of that and was not helpful. didn't wanted to take me to the bank to bring a cashier check. i regret buying from this place the worst car buying experience. Buyers be aware they will sell you a car with mechanical issues and take advantage of you if you from out of town. Tom is the worst sales man
