Fantastic Service
I was in the market for a new Mazda 6 and a friend of mine told me to go to this dealership and ask for the manager, Jonathan Proano. Jonathan was great! He referred me to a salesman and made sure I was well taken care of during the whole process. I ended up getting the car I wanted at a lower monthly payment that I had expected. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the market.

Mazda CX-7 2010
I bought a Mazda CX-7 from this dealer in December 2014, few months later I started hearing some cracking when making sharp turns which I ignored, and in 2017 Mazda called for a recall to fix the lower arms saying that is very risky to keep driving the car in such a condition, so I took it to dealer for the repairs, few months later the same problem came back and didn’t now how bad the problem is till now when I m trying to sell it, I took the car to the mechanic for the inspection before selling it, and he told me that I’m lucky I’m still alive because the front wheel could detach anytime and it’s loose and he said either the recall was done badly or the damage was already big when they did it, I don’t believe that Mazda could risk the life of the many people driving their cars on roads just like that, it is a big shame. Please for anyone who want to buy a car from Mazda be very careful specially the older cars. The Mazda vin number is JM3ER2W52A0349504

Free Car Washes???
Bought a new CX5 at the end of January and was told that car washes were free for life. But then found out that unlike most other dealers where you can get a wash most anytime you could only get a wash on Saturday's. So I waited until Saturday. My brand new CX5 was full of salt and yuk from all the snow we've had and I was anxious to get it cleaned. But when I arrived the service person told me that they weren't washing cars today because of the weather. Seems like that's exactly when they SHOULD be providing the free washes they claimed to provide when I bought the vehicle. I was there 2 Saturdays ago when the weather was the same as today and did get a wash. Though I called ahead and they had to check to see if the wash was open. The wash bay is indoors and heated so why not? It seemed as though they just didn't want to be bothered or they didn't have the staff. If they were in fact short-handed I'd have understood. Very disappointed.

There are times when the car wash is not operating due to cold temperatures (Usually when the temperature drops below 20) The main issue with cold temperatures is that freezes the doors after the car is washed and prevents the doors from opening. When the doors are forced open, the door seals tend to split causing water leaks. Perhaps, our team could have explained this to you before telling you they could not wash you car. If you have some time available this week please come and see one of the managers. We will wash the car and we will keep the car indoors to prevent the doors from freezing. Be careful about this dealership !!!! My 2 year old Mazda...
Be careful about this dealership !!!! My 2 year old Mazda 5 has internal wiring corrosion causing battery to drain even when the car is off - they kept my car for 6 weeks - told that I spilled hot chocolate and did all this damage - told me that they fixed it and made me pay $2500 for it (held my car hostage until I gave them cash). Part of the bill was $1900 for labor (diagnostics) - so I was not only responsible for all this damage but also for their incompetence in diagnosing - when I was objecting to this bill the intimidation, yelling and harassment begin

Frustrating
Small inventory; smaller location. Looked at a car that smelled of smoke. Salesmen walked out on us before answering our questions when there wasn't an easy sale

simply terrible on many levels
At a scheduled appointment we were kept waiting until one of the greeters took us to the car. She did not know the car details at all, though not her fault as not her job. The car was promised as washed and ready to go. It was filthy on the outside and a scratch by a door was not repaired. After the test drive we still did not meet a salesperson but were told the car was sold. What a waste of time. Nevertheless they had another trade in that we tried and did not like. We still had not met a salesperson. Finally said we were leaving and Willi finally came to greet us. At least he apologized for our inconvenience, though at this point who knows about anyones sincerity.Will not be heading back to this dealer again. This has left us with a sour taste about Mazda in general, besides a bad taste about this dealership.
