Excellent Service Department
I have a 2014 Challenger, I've had it serviced at Tuttle Click since I purchased it. I've never had any issues with the service department team or the work their technicians do. I highly recommend going to them for any work or to purchase a vehicle. This will be my 2nd vehicle purchase with Tuttle Click and I would definitely purchase another in the future if needed.

Love their service department
Always nice and even paid for Uber to drive me home while my car was getting worked on. Always very informative and friendly. Even gave me a special that I saw on a coupon that I forgot to bring in with me.

Great Jeep service both on and off warranty
I have bought and serviced three Jeep wranglers over the last 12 years. It’s the consistent service quality and my service advisor, Mo, that’s been the reason for my loyalty. Warranty repairs, even special, less common one have always been dealt with exceptionally. Because of the history of experiences, I’ve had them do several off warranty repairs, even tho it cost more than no dealer shops.

Losing customers being shady and not communicating
First couple of times I came for oil changes no problem. Then one day I came in because I told them I thought something was wrong with my tire sensor because it would come up on the dash every 2-3 weeks but tire air pressure looked fine. After taking it in they tell me I have to buy a new tire from them because it had a nail and since they took it out I had no choice but to buy an over priced tire from you guys. Second incident I go in for an oil change and I’m told that I have to do some other maintenance stuff because I got to 35k miles. Was let know 30 mins before closing time that my car was done and if I couldn’t get there before I had to pay the whole bill or just wait to get my car on Monday because it was a Saturday and they don’t work Sunday. My question is if something you’re telling me needs to be done and it’s not covered by warranty why wasn’t I let know before hand so I could’ve came prepared? Y’all just as shady as the crooked mechanics shops around. Can’t even trust a dealership you got your car from to be straight forward with you. Glad to say I’ll never be coming back to this stealership again.

Service call
Nothing complicated: oil change and tire rotation. Went I. To make an appt. They took me right in and I was on the road a half hour later. Service rep was on top of it. I will be back.

Mediocrity at its best
Oil change and rotation done, no problems with that service. If you need any service beyond that done, consider other places. Was told I need to leave my car for 10 days min, just to be diagnosed. I feel like this dealership is getting ready to close their doors and the overall attitude and level of service reflect this. SA's don't seem to care and just hand out excuse after excuse, mediocrity at its finest. I don't know how they can show up for work each day only to be met with customers and potential customers they can't even help, except feeding lines of excuses why they can't help. Really wish it was different for this dealership, another failed service department with not one F#$@ given.
