Friendly and professional service

Not only was my Ram purchase experience excellent, my first service on my Ram was outstanding! Fast, friendly, expert service while you enjoy a great free cup of coffee in thier nice lounge watching the game!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Poor salesman experience. Would not honor pricing online. Alvaro even admitted that he was unable to honor the online pricing (TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE) that was shown on his own dealership's website. I walked him over the phone STEP BY STEP on their own website and he even saw the same price that I was quoted (AGAIN THE TOTAL PURCHASE PIRCE NOT MSRP). Their website is FALSE advertisement and I will be making a report to the Attorney General on this misleading practice. Mike was also very rude and hung up on the phone and refuse to even look at his own dealership's website. I want to make this really clear - their DEALERSHIP WEBSITE not Truecar or any other 3rd party. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware...This dealership is full of talk and horrible actions. Bought a car from them that was supposed to be a certified 1 owner vehicle...Turned out to be a Lemon Rental Car from Hertz with a thousand renters who abused it hard. Had to replace the $4500 Transfer case that went bad a month after I bought this so-called certified car at the highest price a Jeep could sell for....They told me their service department had a 1-month backlog and that if I could wait.... Took it to another dealer instead. They will try and sell you on how great their service department is...don't buy their B.S... It's a lie. My car had a leaky tire before I even bought it and the service department refused to fix it. Even when I showed them proof. Here's the worst part...They altered my documents and hand wrote that the car was a rental then forged my initials on the documents. You're better off buying a used car from Cal Worthington Dodge Ford than these Charlatans. I hope they all go to Jail after I get through with them.

Fast service and friendly service, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I found the staff friendly, and helpful. They had a fast turn around, I would like to see a better phone system. When you call to goes to message most of the time later in the day.

Excellent customer service from Moe.

Took our 2014 Jeep Rubicon for the 65,000 service and new brakes. Moe was my service advisor. He kept me up to date on the initial inspection, costs, etc. He was very thorough. Will definitely use Moe as my service advisor again.

They examine all things necessary.

I have had my 2000 Ram, 2006 Jeep& now 2019 Ram taken care of there for 15 years. They are terrific , honest & helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My car is in good hands here!

My car’s service was absolutely excellent. Everything that needed to be done was performed expertly and in a timely fashion. Eric is especially friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time he takes to explain things to me. I would never take my car anywhere else.

Not the dealership for you

To start out with, I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee, just not this dealership. Like many have said, it starts out great, but then quickly goes down hill. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and the experience in the finance area should have been my cue to get up and walk the xxxx out. Other reviews here have got it spot on, no concept of customer service after the sale!! After getting a due bill for a part during the purchase, 3 1/2 months later still no resolution, excuse after excuse. Initially was told "after a thorough check of your VIN, the part doesn't exist for your trim". So, after I called Jeep, within 5 minutes, had the part number and diagram for them, they agreed and ordered it. So much for a thorough check with my VIN, when asked about that, no response. When the part finally arrived, it did not match, They apologized (something I guess) and was told "ordered it, will be here Monday", and of course that was over a month ago, still waiting. After repeated times reaching out to them, was told "it is backordered", but they won't provide even a possible ETA of when it will arrive. Think about going to the General Manager or General Sales Manager for assistance, forget it, it is a waste of your time! They don't care enough to even respond! Whether it is a phone call or an email, silence! The lack of customer service at this dealership really seems to flow from the top down. If I could give a negative star rating to this dealership I would. Don't waste your time here, run, don't walk away from getting your vehicle here, find somewhere else.

Challenger service

Had my Challenger in for coolant leak that turned out to be the radiator. While it was there, they performed my 60000 mile fluid exchanges, and checks. Eric took great care of me and I’m happy with the people and service at Tuttle Click Dodge
