Great as usual

Susie is wonderful. Courtesy vehicle was nice. Quick and hasslefree. Always and easy and friendly experience. Will definitely continue to use this dealership to buy and service our vehicles.

2018 GMC Terrain

Leroy in service department was very helpful and greeted me when I arrived. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. Don’t know the tech who did the service but he also did a great job.

Good overall

Jeff croak did amazing helping me I would recommend people to come here I would advise them to talk to Jeff croak to buy a vehicle only thing I didn’t like was the person that was in charge of my trade in tryed to rip me off

Lube technician

Good people and service and friendly staff and the technicians work hard to figure out what the customers problem is and try to get it taken care of and get the customer happy

New car purchase

Very knowledgeable salesman along with a sales manager who made the negotiating process very fair and straightforward. The delivery process was very thorough and efficient.

Another 5 star service experience

I stopped by the service department with my concern. Right away Jeff diagnosed the problem and was able to get me scheduled to have it resolved. My vehicle after service was 100% resolved! Thank you Jeff! You always are there to help in any way possible to ensure excellence in customer care!

Square deal

My family bought a Toyota prius from another dealership in December it was a great car with new tires and a list of maintenance done. Unfortunately the car was totaled by a negligent driver. We have always liked the vehicles we have purchased from Steve Schmitt and they had a very similar Prius on their lot. They listed the price higher than the last one, and on the test drive I noted they had performed a oil and air filter change along with a tire rotation. We negotiated the price to what I thought was fair given the year mileage and what I had seen in the market. The next day We took the car out of town and the car was making noticeable noise from the front wheels. After a few days of the noise I returned to ask for the car to be diagnosed. They service center diagnosed the car with 4 bad tires. So Steve Schmitt sold me a car with 4 bad tires that they had just rotated. The price I paid for the the car did not factor need tires after 15 miles. After going over the car with a closer look it appeared the car has also been in a accident or to from repainted spots and places of impact. ( no carfax ) We well over paid for a questionable car or bought it from a questionable dealer. Note the car is riding quite after putting the tires on. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after this deal.

Professional and accommodating

This dealership is tops in service. They took care of me in a professional and expedited manner. Their staff was very courteous and accommodating. Very clean waiting room.

Great Service Visit

Easy to schedule service appointment, they are flexible and it was easy to get a service date scheduled that fit my availability. Bob Bollman reviewed and explained the work that was scheduled, confirmed the price quote for the work. Easy check in, clean, comfortable customer lounge area. Great selection of fresh coffee. I chose to wait for the service as my schedule was clear. Bob and the other staff were very friendly and asked if I needed anything. I enjoyed looking at the new vehicles and had my questions about the options and them answered in a friendly polite manner. I felt no pressure from the sales staff to move me towards a purchase that I was not ready for. My service was completed in less time than I expected and Bob Bollman again reviewed the work completed, and the cost was as expected. Bob reviewed future recommended service with me and I was thanked for my business. I was treated with respect and I felt like an old friend instead of just another revenue source for them. It's always a pleasure to visit Steve Schmitt Chevrolet in Highland even though I had to travel a longer distance to reach Steve Schmitt.
