After 10 years of owning a Toyota decided to try something new. My husband and I researched several new cars and decided to spend an evening looking at cars and sitting in a few of them. Steve Schmitt Chevrolet, and especially BJ Shelton catered to our unique process of sitting in cars and then two days later actually taking them for a test drive. We had planned on starting at Steve Scmitt and then we were going to go to the Ford and eventually the Chrysler dealer to test drive some of their vehicles, but as it turned out I fell in love with the Malibu and never made it to the other two dealers. For the past 13 years I have driven 62 miles a day to and from work and I have found that since purchasing the Malibu my daily journey has become more enjoyable than ever. The smooth ride, roomy seating, and convenient access to the hands free phone controls continues to impress. I have had several friends and even strangers stop and ask me about my new car, it must be the big smile on my face that they notice as I exit the Malibu.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Steve Schmidtt and I have always had wonderful service. Our sales associate was Bryan Horner this time around. He was very accommodating and was able to deliver my new traverse to my house. He even synced my device to the vehicle and went over all the options in my package. My husband and I were very pleased with our buying experience at this dealership.

i have been doing business with steve schmitt for over 20 years. i have never had any problems.everyone is very pleasant . my favorite sales person is jeff croak, i like him very much. he is always the person i see when buying a car. six years ago he sold me a gmc terrain, i love it. i called jeff regarding tires for my car and he checked out what was best for me and when i came into have my car winterized the tires that jeff recommend were there to be put on. jeff is a people. he treats customers the way he himself likes to be treated. ashley barnett way very nice when i paid for the work done on my car. she went over the entire bill to make sure i understood everything. my grade on all my visits to steve schmitt would be A+
