When i first started looking on line for a sonic Ashley Barnett contacted me and invited mevto come in and look around. I had no clue what i was doing on line. She made everything so easy. I wen in and John Touchette took over and was so gracious to me. I ask for estimates. Tocshop around with. He was so helpful. And told me so many things to look far. I was so impressed i bot only wiuld tell everyone to come there. I did tell everyone to come there. My son Clay Burns just bought a car there for my grand daughter. She too loves her bew chevy.Im still talking about my great experience.

I have always wanted a Cadillac Escalade....after shopping around for 4 months. I went to Steve Schmitt in Highland. I spoke with Todd Cange. I told him what I was looking for. Instead of trying to sell me a vehicle I didn't want, Todd found exactly what I was looking for. The price was reasonable. It was the best experience I've had at a dealership. Buying a car is never been a pleasant experience for me until a few years ago when I first bought a car from Steve Schmitt Chev., Highland, IL. I had always disliked going to a car lot and being hounded by a sales person but here they were totally different. My first purchase was my company car and I talked with Chris Martz and John Touchette. I told them what I wanted to try and they would bring each vehicle to me until I ended up with a beautiful 2014 Impala, then they would come get the car for servicing............I was majorly impressed!!!!!!! I now needed a car that was good looking, reliable and great gas mileage because I was going to be driving about 100 miles a day. My first contact was to Chris and John, I told them what I wanted and they sent me a list, with photos and stat's for each car. I really liked everything about the Chev. Curze and John brought me one to try, which I fell in love with. John sent me another list and I found my Red, 2014 with very low mileage......again perfect. All this happened within a couple of weeks, I did not have to go to the dealership until the end and that is when I met Ashley Barnett, business development center specialist, another extremely professional person on the Steve Schmitt Team. I cannot tell you how happy I am with these folks and the hole team of professionals, I would and will recommend them to everyone because they give you the felling of a small, family owned business that wants to cater to you, not the bottom line. In fact I will be contacting John soon to start looking for a chev pick up truck to replace mine. Thank you all!!!!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gary Heim and Ashley Barnett. They were very informed on the vehicles and seemed to try extra hard to see that I purchased the right vehicle with all the options that I wanted.
