Great Buying Experience

I have purchased or leased vehicles from Steve Schmitt my entrie life and have never had a complaint about anything. Everyone in customer service, repair, maintenance, auto body work, sales, and finance have been friendly and always treated me as if I were their number one customer and you can't ask for anything more than that. I leased a 2015 Chevrolet and Todd Crange went way above and beyond to help me. Matt and Vince were helpful in finance with my questions. You are always met with a friendly greeting when you walk in the door which makes a difference in the buying experience.

Personal Attention

The personal attention I received at Steve Schmitt is unparalleled. BJ was attentive to my needs, he asked questions, and he listened. He found the perfect car for me, a Buick Verano, and I love it as much today as I did two years ago when I bought it.

Service department treat you like you are something special. Both Mike McBride and Ashley Barnett are truely gifted at making you feel welcome. The work is done timely and correctly. I have never had problem getting need service in a timely fashion.

Great Salesmen, Decent Service

Ashley Barnett and Gary Heim helped me choose the right car for me. It was a scary and new process since this was my first car. They were very helpful and even let me know when someone else had looked at the car. When I went it for my first oil change I had told them I needed it back by a certain time the next day for work. I never received a call and so I called them back 2 hours before I had to be at work. They still hadn't gotten it done or even looked at it. Apparently they didn't write down that it needed to be done. This is the only complaint I've had so far. Hopefully the next oil change goes smoother.

GREAT SERVICE

I purchased a 2011 Buick regal from Steve Schmitt in Highland.....Todd Cange was my sales man. Even though it took me 2 months to find what I wanted he knew my taste right away. He put me in the right car. The price was Great! I love my new car. Todd made sure I was happy with my purchase....I would highly recommend this dealership and Todd to anyone looking to buy a car....Thumbs up across the board.

Service Review

In the past, I have not been happy with the process of scheduling a maintenance appointment nor with the friendliness of the service technicians along with the absence of an explanation of the work done. This time, all had changed. Ashley Barnett was most courteous and friendly in assisting with arranging for an appointment and a reminder of the scheduled time. BJ Shelton was welcoming to me as a customer who had purchased the car from him. A maintenance technician went over with me the work that was done on my car. This time, I felt welcome and valued as a customer.
