Great service. Great people

I would like to thank Ashley Barnett and the team at Steve Schmitt for a good service visit. I took my 2013 Camaro in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in the waiting area when my salesman Scott Seger appeared, we talked for a few minutes I told him we would be back in soon for another truck.

First Class Experience

I walked in to Steve Schmitt on July 3rd around lunch time knowing it was the day before a holiday. Everyone was extremely busy, but Todd Cange saw my wife and I and said he could help us. He made time for us and did not rush us at all. I know how busy he was, but he took the time to walk us through the process, took us on test drive and then explained the features of the car. He made sure that we had everything worked out that day and we were able to walk out the same day with a great 2015 Malibu. Steve Schmitt is a class act all the way from the beginning of the process where we worked with Ashley Barnett online to Todd to Vince in financing. They truly take the time to make you feel like part of their family. We will definitely be going back in the future when we are ready to purchase again.

Great place to buy a vehicle

As a family we have bought 12 vehicles from Steve Schmitt, Inc and Jamie Miller and Todd Cange. Would not go anywhere else. We are very spoiled by the service we receive. As a previous Comptroller of Auto Dealerships, I can say that they are one of the best.

wonderful dealership, great people, great faciliti

After looking and test driving General Motors products at other dealerships, I decided to visit Steve Schmitt in Highland Illinois. I am glad I did. I met with my salesman Scott We get on two or three occasions. I could not decide exactly what I wanted and Scott was very patient and helpful. I believe I test drove 2 or 3 vehicles before I made up my mind and decided to purchase a new 2015 GMC Terrain. After making the decision, Ashley Barnett helped seal the deal. I got exactly the vehicle's was looking for at an outstanding price.

Great sevice by everyone

I brought my car over a year ago from Steve Schmitt dealership, my contact there was Bryan Horner help me pick out the car that best suited my needs. He is very well versed in the cars he sells. He helped me understand the gadgets that came with my car. Ashley Barnett has been a great help in getting my car serviced.

New Car Experience

I went to the dealership to buy a new car. BJ Shelton was the salesman. Once we made a deal to buy the car things went downhill. Even when we went to pick up the car all we heard was how "busy" he was and we waited about 45 min. Never got a full rundown of features of the car or how to use them. Looked most of it up online. Later when I called back he recommended YouTube videos. Very disappointed with the whole process.
