Our sales person Nick Kramer was wonderful.

Our sales person Nick Kramer was wonderful. He was very busy with many customers but he did work with us. We asked Nick we would like to get a loan from A certain bank and when we went in the loan and Anthony went with another bank at a higher rate so mind you we are not happy. Anthony told us if we went with another bank it would go against our credit. We should of walked out but we didn’t. We were tired we were there over 3 hours. I guess we have learned a lesson be more aware of the loan you get and not get an answer you can always refinance. I’m on the fence of buying another car here.

Well now very unhappy. Picked up the car and the Registration was only in one name when it should have been in 2 names because we asked for that . My husband already had plates in his name and we told Anthony and Nick that because we wanted the car in both the names we gave up those plates. Well we assumed that that the paperwork was right well it wasn’t. It was sign this and sign that not really explained when your there 3 plus hours your tired. So yes we were not watching that we were not signing the registration with both names, but you should’ve got what we wanted and watch out on who you trust. The title was put in both our names This could be fixed but you would have to pay for another registration fee and plate fee which is more money for a registration and I’m not going to pay for it for their mistake . So No I’m NOT going to buy again beware what you sign!!!!
