I have not drove it that much to tell you much about it but it’s a nice car but still a lot of money soon as you drive it off the lot you lost a lot. That’s all I can say.

I bought a brand new 2024 Chevy Equinox in April of 2024.
I bought a brand new 2024 Chevy Equinox in April of 2024. After a couple months I noticed the carpeting in the front were always wet. I took it to Joe Basil and there was mold under the weather tech floor matts. Explains why I was so sick and hospitalized. I also have COPD. They replaced the carpets and fixed the air conditioning lines that were leaking into the car. They sprayed the car with some disgusting sanitizer. I tried to get them to replace the vehicle or buy it back, but they refused. They want me to trade it in and make my payments go up almost $400 a month or extend the loan to 84 months. I can’t afford that! I’m a senior on a fixed income. I will never purchase another car from them.

I have contacted the news, the attorney general, GM, and the corporate office of Chevrolet. I’m waiting to hear back because management at Joe Basil will do nothing and said they’re done talking to me. They told me to have an attorney contact their attorney.
I bought a mold test kit from Home Depot. There is still mold in the car.

Drove a long way to look at a used truck that I found on
Drove a long way to look at a used truck that I found on the internet. Was extremely surprised that at what was supposed to be a quality dealer they would be trying to sell a $20,000+ truck that had rust bubbling through the paint and under the doors. The salesman told me they price low but don't do any cosmetic work!! Well I could go to the corner lot used car guy and buy something like that, at a classy dealer I expect a little more class!!
