I ordered a truck back in May only for it to be put on

I ordered a truck back in May only for it to be put on constraint. Logan stayed in touch and brought another option to the table that was pulled for production the same day. Definitely was worth the wait. Logan and Delbert went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful!

I was lucky to find a vehicle even better than i was

I was lucky to find a vehicle even better than i was looking for at Bocker. We were greeted by Jake, and he took great care of us! He was both professional and personable. Everything went so smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I noticed before we left the lot that the check air bag light came on. I was assured it would get looked at and everything would be made right. I decided to take the vehicle home that day and would schedule an appointment with the service department. However, i got a text from Jake saying he would bring me a loaner vehicle and take my vehicle to get looked at so i wouldn't have to worry about anything. He personally brought me a loaner, and when my vehicle was done he returned it. Turned out a wire must have got caught and damaged when the seat was moved. Bocker took care of everything. Jake kept me informed every step of the way which was very appreciated. I was very happy with my experience of purchasing a vehicle at Bocker, the staff made me feel valued as a customer which is huge. I would highly recommend Bocker to anyone!

100% Satisfied

Just purchased a GMC 2500 truck from Jason Bardell at Bocker Auto Group in Freeport IL. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable. Would absolutely purchase from here again. Ordered side steps from parts department. Very helpful and friendly.

Glad I stopped in to test drive SUVs this day. Walked out with what I wanted and wasn't forced (cohearsed) to buy. My salesman Brandon B. was great, very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely will refer to my friends and family.
