Exceptional customer service!

We had an exceptional experience with Bocker Auto Group. Logan was helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get our new Acadia. Everyone we worked with were fantastic and treated us like family. They answered questions, did not pressure us, and walked us through all the steps. We are so glad to have found this dealership. Great experience!

Great experience! Brandon made it quick and easy to transition to a new SUV. He walked me through every detail of the car. My family and I feel much safer in our new 2018 Buick Enclave. Would 100% recommend!

Bocker made it happen!

Ordered vehicle out of state. Dean, the sales person, took the time to walk me through virtually all aspects of the vehicle. Along with his financial department, they were responsive and communicative from start to finish. Was simple and made the process very easy.

Easy to Work with, 2 hours away

I found the car I was interested in online, worked with them on details, had pretty much deal done before I even seen the car. It speeded up the process, and pick up was pretty smooth. Working with Dean was great.

GREAT Experience

Josh my salesman went over and beyond to meet our expectations. He responded to all of our questions in a very timely manner. We made the deal over the phone prior to arriving at the dealership and my paperwork was complete when I got there. The finance manager had us in and out of his office within 30 minutes (speed counts). We were offered the lowest interest GM offered which was 0%. The dealership honored our GM employee discount (which a lot of other dealers were refusing to honor). They also matched my trade-in amount that I was being offered by Carvana. Great experience. Would definitely recommend.
