We just purchased a GMC Sierra from Bocker Auto in Freeport, Illinois. Our salesman was Austin Bowser. We are retired seciors, so during this pandemic time, we were very leary of going in and possibly exposing ourselves. We were rest assured when we got there, Austin wore a mask the whole time, and was very conscientious of mask wearing and sanitizing our vehicles after they were looked over for a trade in. Austin is a very nice young man. His momma should be proud. Very polite, informative and knew every part and button on our Sierra. Explained all in a very understanding way. We highly recommend Bocker, and Austin Bowser. Also aiding us in financial business was Danny Busch. He was very informative, and easy to work with. Making it all a very pleasant event. The thing I really like, is they have a very good lineup of good, clean used vehicles, that are right in line with other dealers prices. This is truly an honest place to do business, starting with Delbert the owner, down thru his sales staff. All people you can trust.

How after spending close to $5000 for a new transmission, you allow my car to leave with two additional problems... Then I come to tell you about the first problem an you give me attitude like you mad I'm coming back... Tell me oh such an such is wrong, if you pay for the part well do the labor free, mind you the part you selling is over $200 when else where it's not over a $100... either way you lied..... an now there is another problem with my service vehicle that shuts down my business.....
