I’m beyond impressed with Brandon Busker at Bocker Chevrolet. Easiest buying experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I purchased an older model Acura from Indianapolis during the COVID pandemic, late April-early May of 2020. Brandon could not have made the entire process any more smooth. I was able to do a virtual test drive, he gave me an honest overview of the car. Never felt like I was being haggled on price, completely upfront and honest which I feel is rare in the car industry. They knew they had a great product, they were able to accomodate all my needs, they were even able to ship it right to my driveway. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would. I never knew buying a car could actually be enjoyable. Absolute 0 buyers remorse. Mind you, I bought this used vehicle over the phone and was hesitant going into it. Thank you Brandon Busker and staff at Bocker. You now have a lifelong fan 250 miles away!!! I’d send anyone his way if you’re in need of a new or used vehicle.

Brandon was amazing. He took care of every thing and always was there to help. I loved that I could walk in there and tell him what I wanted and he took all of my wants and found me a car.

Our sales person was Austin Bowser a great person to help us find a vehicle that fit our needs. Many things were happening in the state of Illinois with Pritzker (Covid-19).
