Personalized, and friendly

It was well done. I had to have a recall party replaced. I wish they could have done it closer to where I live but the service was great nonetheless

maintenance (new car)

Scheduling my service appointment was very easy, and work was done correctly and on time. While they did vacuum the inside, I thought a car wash was also provided. Thank you

Best Oil Change in town!!!

Always helpful and polite. Confident that my car will be a priority will the crew. Dealership always looks tip top shape. Friendly staff doesn't matter who you are.

Check Engine light

My check engine light was on. They were quick to diagnose the problem & get it fixed in a timely fashion. Had an oil change at the same time. April even wiped my windshield inside! Great service!

Sales

The sales man I had, Austin, was super. He explained and showed me how to operate my new Traverse. He kept in touch with me after the sale to make sure I was mastering the car. Love my Traverse.

Very accommodating

We have multiple vehicles from Bocker and each time the experience has been great. This purchase was spur of the moment purchase. We went in for an oil change and left with great vehicle. All of the staff was courteous and accommodating. We will continue to shop at Bocker for future needs.
