Paid cash for a vehicle and in shop twice in a month
My son paid cash for a vehicle. Bought to make room and have a reliable safe vehicle for his coming baby. Within 12-hours of buying the car the check engine light came on. Had the vehicle looked at and there was over $600 repairs that HAD to be done. Becker said they would take care of it. They only bandaid the problems. Less than a month later he is having the same issue, took it to another repair shop and all issues are still the same. Shop supervisor was rude to my daughter in law. Won't return and dont recomend any body else either.

Vehicle fixed in great time.
I had to have my car fixed short notice. Bocker was in constant contact with me and I had my fixed in a short time. Everyone at Bocker is always friendly and helpful

Fast, friendly service
I came in for an oil change on a very busy Saturday. Rich greeted my wife and I with a smile, advised his best estimate of a timeframe, and we were pleasantly surprised that he had us out much quicker than expected.

Wheel Bearing
I heard a grinding noise so I needed to have the problem addressed. Got an appointment in a day and a half. They did all points check & found my battery was ending its life. With the brutal weather lately, it's nice to know these guys do over & above.

car wouldnt start in extreme cold.
Wayne arranged for car to be towed. He called me every step of the process. My car got a new battery. I always have positive experiences at Bocker.

Bocker went the extra mile to help me feel comfortable and I felt we were dealing with local folks who understand that purchasing a vehicle is serious business-like they say; the 2nd biggest investment you make. Austin worked hard in some very cold conditions to wash my truck and have-it ready for pick-up. He was also very patient in going over all the options on the truck,( many, new to me). Offering 2 free oil changes helps me get acquainted with the service dept., which is nice for future service needs. Austin also recommended a local outlet for having the Line-x, bed liner applied right there in Freeport, saving me a drive to Rockford. I love the truck!!!

Professionalism & Integrity! With my car was sitting in my garage with a battery issue at 4:15 am, I wasn't sure how I was going to get it to the shop. I called around 8 am and Brad took the call. At 8:30 am, Wayne rang my door bell with a portable hand held battery charger. I was so surprised and started laughing. (I was expecting a phone call) It made my day!!! Now that is SERVICE!

Integrity is everything!
My number 1 issue with any car dealer is lack of communication but that was not the case with Bocker! April from their service department did a well above average job at communicating with me as to what was diagnosed, when the parts were available, and how soon they would have the work done - then they actually had it done before their promise. This was rare for me - I historically avoid dealers because they're difficult to deal with but after my experience with Bocker, they will get every bit of my business!! I should also note that there was an issue with my first repair - it broke down on me the day after I picked it up. But when I contacted Bocker, they had a tow truck sent out right away and they got my truck in the same day to repair it. Then they owned up to it being an issue they should have seen the first time and took care of it at no charge. Integrity means everything and they proved to me that they have it!

Too Slow
The service is done well and the people are all very pleasant. But an oil/lube and tire rotation always takes 90 minutes. This latest visit I threw in new wiper blades...90 minutes. It's obvious to me that there's a problem but you must not agree so I would expect theses services to continue to take around 90 minutes...too long for me.
