The thing broke, they fixed it.

I had a problem with my gear-shift... It woild not recognize that the car was in park and allow me to take my key out... They were able to fix it in less than a say.

Just checking.

I came in with three issues that evidently wasn't bad enough to do anything with just yet. He explained what the issue could be and suggested I keep an eye on them until they did need repair. I.m still not happy with the back up camera as it is indicating by the beeping sound that I am close to the object behind when in reality I am still about 4-5 feet away yet.?? The staff is friendly and informative.

Excellent

Gary is one of the nicest friendless professional guys. 1st time having contact with Melissa she was most helpful in getting estimates and getting it to the right people. Brad and his crew always do a great job in getting me in and out for a fast oil change

Check engine light

Had to make extra trips to town to leave vehicle and pick up said vehicle. They claim they fixed it and it was returned with check engine still on. Had to bring back on a Monday so they could fix the same problem. Super inconvenient and wasted time.

Trade In Experience

Stopped in Bockers Service department to have my Traverse worked on and while waiting I perused some of the used Pickup trucks on the lot. Seeing a couple I could be interested in I met with a sales rep to begin talking. Ended up coming back a couple days later and made a deal. Everything went very smooth, no pressure, and I'm looking forward to a great pickup.

Once and Done

I saw an advertisement on the internet for special discounts and it sparked my interest in seeing what kind of deal I could possibly make. I was greeted by Ben Marten and I asked for test drive. I was disappointed in that truck. After viewing my concerns we looked for something that was closer to what my requirements were. Once we came to an agreement It was Done and I purchased a new 2018 truck.
