I had a dead battery and called AAA to provide a jump. I immediately called Bocker when my SUV was running. Remind you, I didn't have an appointment as had no idea when AAA would come to start my SUV. A service representative of Bocker told me to bring the car right in and they would work me in. They not only put in a new battery but rotated the tires and changed the oil all in a very timely manner. I was delighted to get it done. Great they had a battery on hand to install! This was my second free oil change & tire rotation after buying my new Impala. They always do an excellent job. I needed a car wash as I had road tar on the car which I cannot get off. Jill mad sure I was able to get the car washed & not have to wait for hours. Your entire service crew is excellent!
