I can't think of a time that I've had such a great

I can't think of a time that I've had such a great experience in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone I encountered were friendly. Jessica Clarke and Michael were amazing. They were very personable, and knowledgeable. Which made my purchase very pleasant.

John Bell has been my go to for all my car/truck purchases for many years. He always shoots straight and is not the typical “car salesman.” He contacts me to follow up on how my recent purchase is doing and to see if I have any after purchase questions.

A false diagnosis by the Service department was made: a

A false diagnosis by the Service department was made: a leaky valve cover gasket. This is just not true and correct. My car has been garaged for the past 12 years that I have owned it. And there is no evidence of oil leakage on the floor where it?s been parked. Not one drop. A curtesy wash, as requested, was not completed.

I purchased a new vehicle from John Bell a few weeks ago.

I purchased a new vehicle from John Bell a few weeks ago. I am elderly and even though he went through all the “gadgets” at the time of purchase, I had a problem recalling how to do some things. I drove to the dealership and he reviewed it all again and allowed me to time to take notes. Very patient and kind!!!
