My daughter and I were looking around for a vehicle, she saw one that she liked, went in to talk to Kelly, while waiting for him we got to talking with Dean and he went and got the gmc so we could test drive it. He went with us and explained things as we went. Really nice guy. Between Dean, Kelly, and Evan, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help with my purchase. They evan stayed after hours to finish with my purchase, they did not rush me,. I still get emails to see how I'm doing with the terrain, and to let them know if I need anything, how awesome is that.

Ray is always friendly and very helpful. They always wash my car and vacuum it out for me. They are great! Always a good visit.

Went in for Basic Oil, Lube, Tire Rotation, Inspection when a lug nut snapped off. Was informed immediately and the issue was resolved in a very timely manner. All concerned were always polite and professional. Very happy with Steve Schmitt-Brubaker personnel. Top Notch.

Had a good experience with first service visit. Friendly accommodating staff. Received a reminder of service appt. several days in advance. Was provided with a loaner auto which worked out well since live 40 miles away.

I purchased my truck from Brubaker's and feel safe with their care of it. My only disappointment us that it's name isn't still Brubaker's period.
