Fantastic!

This was my first experience buying a new car and Nick made it so easy! He answered all of my questions and resolved all of my concerns! When I get my second car I’ll definitely be visiting Nick again!

Purchase of Impala for hadicap purpose.

Having recently contracted an auto immune disease which left both legs paralyzed, I had difficulty getting in and out of my Equinox because of it's height. I called Dean Schmidt immediately and asked what he had in a used Impala (because I was not going to give up my Equinox). As I was still in the hospital, my wife went to look at the Impalas in stock. Dean and the whole staff pitched in to help find the right car. They even let her take two different Impalas to the hospital to make sure I could transfer into them. The transfer is easy into the Impalas, because the height is good and the doors open so nice and wide. I have purchased many vehicles at Schmitt-Brubaker and Dean Schmidt as my sales associate and will continue to do so. I have always received excellent service in the sales department and in the service department. We purchased the 2016 Impala and we well pleased with it.

Very happy. Nick made it painless.

I needed a car that was good on gas. I knew Nick could help us find the car we needed, without experiencing the hassle and runaround that comes along with most car dealers and salesman. Nick helped us find a car that we wanted for a price we could afford. Extremely satisfied.

Very Good Experience

Happy Family

We're about to become a family of 5, and wanted to make a switch to a mini van. We spent a lot of time researching cars and dealerships, and felt the most comfortable with Steve Schmitt Brubaker. Working with Dean was a great experience. I'm so happy with our new vehicle.

Best dealership experience I've had

I gave this dealership 5 stars because it was the best experience I've had with any dealership. Nick was very helpful answered any questions I had and didn't try to force me to buy a vehicle I didn't want.

Not happy at all

Nick Smith was a very good sales person no pressure. Nick let my wife and I pick the car we wanted we drove several different cars before we decided we have had our new equinox in the service department twice now for a leaking sun roof. They keep telling us they cannot duplicate the problem so they cannot put new seal's in or fix our leaking sun roof but every time we run our car through car wash the sun roof leaks we are not happy at all with this dealership
