The fine folks in the service department have taken extremely good care of us and our 2012 CTS4 standard, going out of their way to make sure any concerns we had were well taken care of. This past April I was in for an oil change and noticed a very nice 2013 CTS4 Premium in the pre owned lot. It was our favorite color, White Diamond, just like our 2012 CTS and our previous 2002 Seville SLS. I noticed the additional features of that Premium model and mentioned to Nick that I wondered if my wife would like that even better than she likes her 2012 CTS. He suggested that I drive it to Hillsboro and let her see it and drive it. Of course, I took him up on that offer and drove it home and let my wife drive it back to the dealership. We both fell in love with it and decided that if we could get a decent deal on a trade, we would go for it. Well, in a few hours, we had the deal we had hoped for and we now are the proud owners of the best car we have had in our over 50 years of buying cars. We just love it! Our thanks to Nick for taking the time to help us on the deal, showing us the features of the new car, etc. and thanks to the staff at Steve Schmidt-Brubaker for continuing to take good care of us. Great Experience
After going to a competing local dealership that wanted to put me in the car of "their" choosing and ultimately having them blow me off completely, I was over trying to find a new vehicle. My fiancé suggested we try one more dealership, Steve Schmitt-Brubaker. I was apprehensive because of how the last dealership treated me, but I went anyway. When we arrived, Nick Smith greeted us warmly. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us the cars they had available. This was in direct contrast to my last dealership visit where they ran my credit before even talking to me and then chose a car for me. Nick showed me the cars, discussed payments, and then took me for a test drive. After I decided which car I wanted the business part of the transaction occurred, not before. The sales associate was wonderful and we worked out a great deal. Nick was accommodating and helped me set up everything in the vehicle before I left. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I had a great experience.

Great inventory of vehicles!
Stopped in for service on my vehicle. While waiting I did a little window shopping. Seen a truck that really caught my eye. Went In and talked to Nick Smith. Make a long story short he worked on this deal and really went out of his way to help me to get the best deal possible. I made the trade and haven't looked back. Thanks Nick!

Horrible Experience
I saw a price on a vehicle listed on their site that I was interested in. I submitted my information and received a phone call from the Highland office saying the vehicle is available and the price was correct. She verified the figures in their system and then said the vehicle was located in Litchfield. I called the Litchfield location and the salesman verified the vehicle was available and set up an appointment with me that morning. As I was getting ready to leave to go to my appointment, the salesman called me back and said he wasn't sure the price was correct and that his sales manager was checking on it. Ten minutes later I received another phone call saying that the price was $4,000 higher than what was listed on their website and he apologized. When I spoke to the sales manager, I explained that the Highland office said that the price was correct in the system and he told me, in so many words, "those girls down there don't know what the pricing should really be." It is difficult to trust a dealership who doesn't honor the prices they list publicly and then talks badly about their female employees as if they don't know the sales business. If that is the case, why wouldn't they train the staff there rather than allowing them to solicit the consumer into the dealership under false information. If the Highland office staff, or "girls" as they were labeled, don't know the pricing, I would recommend training them.

Wonderful experience
The service is exceptional-with an open invitation to call for assistance any time from Dean Schmidt. It has been necessary for me to phone several times since the purchase of the Envision. Very friendly and work with you!!
They were very friendly and helpful thru the process. I would definently recommend them to everyone. Had to bring our kids up with us and they didn't mind at all and even helped with them when we were doing paper work.

What a joke!
Went in for a test drive, was met with a staff member who didn't know anything about the vehicle that I was attempting to purchase... Finally the sales manager or someone above the sales guy came out with a bit more knowledge. I decided not to get the vehicle due to their faulty sales gimmicks, but what I was super mad about was I did talk with the finance person and not a month later my credit score has dropped an insane amount, they did over 10 HARD pulls on my credit... What type of dealership does this?!? I've purchased numerous vehicles before a only ever had them hard pull once!!!! Now my credit score is all jacked, thanks guys!
