First off, I live in Dallas. Found a car I really liked here, so I emailed to check on availability. They responded the next day and stated they did have the car. Great! Since I'm out of state and can't just pop in to check the car out, I emailed back asking for more detailed pictures and some general questions. Almost two days go by and I don't hear anything so I email again. They apologize and say they were extremely busy. I understand, dealerships can get busy. I finally get some pictures, but not all the ones I asked for and they didn't answer all of my questions. So I email back again to get what I was looking for. After another slow response I finally have all of the information that I need and decide I want the car. So, now would be the right time to start negotiations, right? Wrong. After over a week of trying to get information about the car, my salesman (Mike Zippay) says that the price that's listed is the price. They would come down ~$1K if I didn't want the car certified. The website stated the car was already certified. It would have been nice if they stated off the bat that this was a take it or leave it price dealership. I wouldn't have wasted over a week of my life trying to buy this car had I known that.

Great experience
Had a good experience buying a used truck from this dealership. Got a very fair price for the truck I was trading and also the one I purchased. The financing department made the paperwork easy and stress free. Sale mans name was Nick and Evan in financing was great to work with.

They worked with me every step of the way. When I called initially Nick could already tell what kinda vehicle I was looking for and it was spot.on when.I got there. The financial team got me in it and made sure it was within my budget. Great team.
