In and out in a timely manner with expert service. It was a cold rainy day and Ray Wright provided me a waiting room with drinks, condiments and wide screen with Fox News Channel.

Liked ease of making appointment for service online. Service department took vehicle in on time. They were quick and friendly. They even washed by truck after changing the oil

Great people to deal with

I have dealt with this dealership since it was just Brubakers. Recent dealings with Schmidt-Brubaker service department were great; Car was taken in for service on time and actions were explained in full to me. I'm never disappointed when taking a car to this dealership.

Ford transit connect.

I was highly inpressed with the dealership at first. I found the transit on Trucar.com and contacted the dealership about it. They were very good with communicating with me via phone since I was 3 hours away from them. We got everything figured out before I even went to the dealership. When I got there i drove the van signed papers and left in under an hour. Got the van home (168miles) no problem. Got in it the next morning and the check engine light came on. Had the light read and they said that it had been on multiple times for the same issue. Now I know buying pre owned there could be an issue. But with not even putting 200 miles on the van and the light coming on tells me there was issues that were not disclosed when I bought it. I’ve tried messaging the sales guy with no response. So I now have to fix a van I just spent almost 12k on. Update: The dealership made the situation good by buyin back the van from us and refunding the money we paid for the down payment.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

I think this dealership was by far the nicest and clean I have been in a long time. The people that work there are very nice to work with especially Corey Harbison, he is very professional.

family friendly

Very friendly and courteous staff. I had my toddler with me while I waited for my car to be services and they made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.
