Had to wait longer than expected
We showed up on a busy day I suppose, we had to wait longer than we expected and we were not happy that we were not told about the hail damage to the truck we ended up purchasing until after we arrived at the dealership. Everyone was very nice and welcoming our experience that way was nice.

Hello and thank you for taking time to leave a review. We apologize if the salesperson forgot to cover the hail damage and that it had been repaired with quality paintless dent removal. We will make a point to remind the salespeople to make sure to double check the unit they are showing for any repaired damage. We have several units on the ground and some of them had damage and some did't so we are sure it slipped his mind. Again, thank you and we will try to do better.

Kelly Ondrey has been our car salesman for over 20 yrs. He has been a loyal friend and has taken care of our needs especially when we found ourselves in less than ideal circumstances, therefore we return time after time as loyal customers. This is latest purchase is about our 12th car and 2nd pickup that we have purchased from Kelly. Brake warning
Purchased a new trailer and hookup and was given a brake warning message. Was able to get in fast and a code was found take care of the warning message, Thank you for your help in fixing this problem.
