I had a complicated repair issue. Hail damage that I could get taken care of in Litchfield and body work from an accident that could be done at the Highland site. They transported the car to Highland for me after the hail work was done so I didn’t have the hassle of finding someone to assist me getting to and from Highland.

Wife went over for regular service. All personnel involve where kind and courteous. Service was done in a timely manner. Facility was clean and pleasant. SHe was very happy they washed her car.

In a snowstorm over the weekend I apparently hit something on the toad that slit my tire. On Monday I called to have a new tire ordered, and the spare that now was on the truck balanced. New one came in, tires balanced, spare put back under the truck bed, and my truck was washed and cleaned inside. My white truck was NOW WHITE again! All this was done quickly and professionally while I waited in an immaculate waiting room where the manager stopped in for a visit with others and me!

Went for an oil change and tire inspection. Was done promptly and efficiently. Love the new waiting room too. Tire had a screw in it and was repaired.

My wife wife and I purchased a Silverado from Steve Schmitt - Brubaker about 6 months ago. Kyle and Kelly were an absolute pleasure to work with. There was no pressure or hounding from the staff and I felt in control of my purchase. I get periodic phone calls from Kyle checking on my vehicle and asking if there is anything I need in regards. I recently took my truck in for a recall and a complimentary oil change from my purchase. I walked away wit a truck wash that was pleasantly unexpected. The team is exceptional and I will be going back for future purchases. I highly recommend Kyle and Kelly!
