I always have great service with the Lima Auto Mall. Dan was great, Ryan is always great. I have been buying vehicles here since my new Tahoe in 97. Best dealer in Lima Ohio. You guys rock.!

Everyone was friendly and courteous. The wait was not unreasonable and they even washed my car for me. Only problem I had was that my husband came with me for the service on my Cadillac and ended up buying a 1989 Corvette that was on the showroom floor. Lol. He's not allowed to come with on my next service visit.

Everyone I encountered were friendly and or professional....
Everyone I encountered were friendly and or professional. I decided to travel to the dealership for an oil change in hopes to have a conversation about upcoming service recommendations for the 50,000 mile mark I would hit this summer and also get some quotes for some new tire options to do this summer also. It didn’t go as I had hoped it would as the interaction at check in seemed a bit rushed or scripted so I didn’t really get any service recommendations/quotes and I didn’t even bring up the tire quote at that point. But the service was quick and I got the things done that I originally asked for. On the way back home I noticed that I had a check engine light was on. I was too far away to turn around. Luckily I had recently purchased a code reader and got to try it out for the first time. I was able to reset the code and the engine light went away. It didn’t give me the greatest feeling of quality of work, but I know sometimes things happen. Overall, though, I felt like I could have just gotten this service done at an oil change shop in my hometown since I didn’t quite get all the info I had hoped to this trip. But everything checked out fine from the multi point inspection and they washed the car for me so it wasn’t a total loss.

I was impressed how conscientious everyone at the dealership is and they go out of their way to assist in the sale of a vehicle. Everyone is very knowledgeable in the sales staff from the boss down. I appreciated how they stood by the used car they sold me and gave extra keys also. This is a wonderful dealership
