Third car purchase
I had stopped in to get the trade in value for my old Buick Lucerne, I had previously spoke with Joslyn E when my roommate purchased a used vehicle from Lima Auto Mall. I liked how friendly the staff was, they did not complain about my odd barrage of questions about everything under the sun. So I knew then that my next vehicle purchase would be from Lima Auto Mall. After speaking with Joslyn E, we walked around the dealership looking at cars. She did not try to steer me towards anything I wasn't interested in, and gave me honest opinions and feedback on the vehicles they have there. After looking around a bit I saw a Buick Regal that I was interested in, and about two hours later (I did not have any tax paperwork on me for financing) I drove away in my new car. I had a few small issues which were quickly addressed and resolved. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new or used car or service. Even after the purchase I never had that "we have your money now leave us alone" feeling that I had at the dealer I purchased my previous car from.

Not Your Typical Car Dealership--Amazing Experience!
I have been searching within a 100 mile radius from my house for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had been looking for about 6 months (had certain specs, price, etc that I wanted) by the time I came across the one at Lima Auto Mall. And, of course, it was 100 miles away, so I did a lot of the early work via phone with Steve Morrison. Steve was very warm, friendly, and respectful and didn't give me the run around. I told him what I wanted and he was up front with everything regarding the Jeep I purchased. The financing through their listing on cars.com was simple and easy to understand. Once I was at the dealership, Aaron Brougher was extremely helpful and very thorough in explaining my financing options and was able to get me into the payment I had budgeted for. It had been quite a few years since I had purchased a vehicle. I honestly went in expecting the schmoozing and the wheeling and dealing to take place. I expected a lot of hidden fees and last minute "oh, by the way..." surprises that would result in the bottom line price of the car being very different from what we had begun with. This was not at all the case. The whole experience was extremely easy and every single part was explained thoroughly along the way--Aaron even gave me a heads up about the 1% sales tax I would have to pay to register my Jeep in Indiana due to the differing sales tax rates between Indiana and Ohio. How nice it was to be able to plan ahead knowing that was going to happen rather than getting hit with that surprise at the BMV! In all, it was actually 106 miles from my house to Lima Auto Mall and I will drive there again for my next vehicle! Thanks so much, guys!

Buying a Cadillac
First Cadillac I've bought & am well pleased with the car. Buying experience was pleasant. Very friendly staff, but Joe Shaw is a very tough negotiator. I got a great car but at Joe's price not mine. It was a fair price with a warranty so overall I'm happy so far. I would buy from them again.

First Time Buyer Does it Easy Thanks to Dave
As I was looking for a car online, I stumbled upon a vehicle that matched everything I was looking for. My next step was to e-mail the dealership and make contact with a sales person. When I was contacted, in a very timely manner, my questions were answered without any hesitation or lengthy duration. If it was not for Dave, I probably would still be looking and second guessing every car I saw that matched my criteria. Dave, made sure that I was comfortable during the whole experience. Texting me, calling me, keeping in contact with my since I was 90 miles away from the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, he had the vehicle ready and did not waste a second of my time. Dave's survive completely exceeded my expectations, after having cars sold out from under me in the past Dave held the car for me for a week and a half before I was able to drive from two states away to pick up and finalize the mustang, the car completely exceeded my expectations I couldn't ask for a better quality of vehicle, price, and services

All Around Great Experience
I traveled from Toledo to Lima Auto Mall to see a specific vehicle they had listed on Auto Trader. From my very first email contact through the financing process, the people at Lima Auto mall were friendly, interested, and a pleasure to deal with. Todd was waiting for me when I arrived, answered all my questions, and had the car ready for a test drive. Most importantly, I felt no high pressure to buy. I would recommend Lima Auto Mall and Todd Tetreault to anyone. It was definitely worth the drive.
