Reaffirmed me being a customer for life!

I had to pull my car over at a gas station because it overheated. The service manager happened to be there at the same time and assisted me then gave me a ride. I left my keys with him and the tow truck got them in the morning. He gave me a generous discount because it was a known issue but not a recall and I have only had the car 3 years. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Lima Auto Mall and this is testament as to why. They always offer exceptional customer service and go above and beyond.

Finally a dealer that gets it....

Finally a dealer who gets how to work with and talk to customers. I appreciated how I was treated when I drove up in my old vehicle while looking at a $40k one. I was quickly taken care, given a test drive, I was not talked down to or intimidated in any way during the sales process. I traded in a vehicle so there was a little negotiation in regards to that. There was no BS in how they dealt with me. I appreciate the honest and upfront conversation. I was given a fair deal and was walked through each step of the process. Dave was kind, courteous and an absolute professional all along the way. He followed up with me a few times after I left to ensure all was well and if I was happy. He did not call trying to upsell, but to simply make sure I was happy. Where does that EVER happen anymore??? I will buy my next vehicle from Lima Auto Mall and Dave Osbon.

Great experience

Dave drove 4 hours to deliver my wife's Suburban. He adjusted his schedule to fit her day. Once here, he was very professional and pleasant. Great experience.

very friendly, knowledgeable staff

My problem couldn't be fixed without great expense, and since it's something not necessary for the operation of the vehicle, I passed on the repair.

Great buying experience Great buying experience Once I spoke with Dave and told him what I was looking for as a gift to my wife, he set me up with a great vehicle. He was quick to get to a deal that I liked and then went way beyond to make my experience a good one. He delivered the Suburban to my home to surprise my wife which was a four hour drive. He was very thorough in the paper work and details of the car presentation. I have developed great trust in him from this point own.

was able to get my vehicle in in a timely manner. gave me a rental (Cadillac) while I was inconvenienced having to leave my car in the shop for a couple of days. Appreciated having this quality car for getting back and forth to work

Rick went above and beyondhis help with us finding a car and with getting everything ready for the car he is a great employee and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone who's looking for a car. thank you for the wonderful experience that I had and if I ever need another car I will definitely come back there

Rainy Monday Durango

Marc was willing to help us even tho the weather was very rainy. Very friendly and willing to help us anyway he could...went back on Friday to pick up my floor mats that had been cleaned and the staff in the detail area were great and vaccumed the Durango up and ran it thru the wash. They even cleaned up what the other detailer hadn't cleaned .Now waiting on the carfax and owner's manual and having the key phob fixed...

excellent service

was surprised they could get the part needed same day and saved me money by cleaning terminals instead of whole new wiring harness
