Had a flat tire on my way back from lunch. They were very helpful and quick to respond to my problem. They came and picked me up and took me to work as a did not have a spare tire I was advised to call roadside assist.

I, at this point, can only offer high ratings for your dealership. Not at any point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I told Steve (my salesman) after he walked me through all the features of the car and how to set up and operate the various features, that I had NEVER had any salesman explain the features completely and satisfactorily as he did with the many cars I have purchased over the years. My husband and I drove an hour to to get a chevy equinox we fell in love with. We had been looking for a used suv for weeks and were so happy to find one that fell in our budget. We worked with Chase in the beginning - he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. We felt like he did a good job in selling us the car. The car was used, so there were quite a few scratches and scuffs around the exterior. Chase explained that it would be no problem getting the equinox detailed to ensure it looked great when we took it off the lot. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, we had to leave and come back towards our hometown to get the paperwork and details done through a local credit union ( better interest rate). When we went back to pick up our car (2 days later), it had not been detailed as it had been promised it would be by Chase (who happened to not be there when we picked it up). Rick, another sales consultant was there as I was explaining why I was upset and he took the initiative to get us taken care of. So, we ended up taking the car home that day and he had someone come pick it up from our home the next day to take back to the dealership to be buffed and detailed. The driver then brought our car back to us looking much better that same evening. So, thanks to Rick our experienced ended as well as it began. I'm not sure if maybe this ended up just being a lack of communication, or something slipping through the cracks, but I felt like we were blew off when we showed up and the car hadn't been touched. When Rick made sure to follow through with everything and get us taken care of, I felt much better about the situation. Overall the experience was pretty good.

From the moment I drove into the lot until the moment I left the experience I had at Lima Auto Mall was wonderful. Dave greeted me at the door and was friendly and patient while I made the decision regarding the purchase of the vehicle. Both he and Aaron were very helpful and worked hard to find a deal that was within my price range and payment range. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Dave was very helpful when we were looking on line for a camero. He answered all my questions, gave us a rough estimate of our trade, which was right on after their test drive. Dave and Ryan were both very personable, very customer oriented, and great sense of humor. Our day was long, but both Dave and Ryan made it a pleasant trip. I would recommend them to all my friends.
