Lima Auto Mall
A pleasant expeience. I was taken in at the time they said. They then offered shuttle service. I waited in the waiting room and had a cup of coffee and in just under an hour they brought me my keys. As I left most all of the service people smiled and spoke. It was mot plesing

Sales Consultant and Finance Manager
We really enjoyed working with Steve. He was friendly, understanding, fun, and got us the best deal he could. Aaron tried his hardest to find us the best interest rate and financing possible! We were in a hurry and he was quick but through. Great Job Guys! However, for anyone trading a vehicle in they use AutoTrader.com the section what is my trade value. Considerably less money than KBB.

Great, friendly service and imaculate service area
All the staff I encountered were professional and friendly. I was offered a ride to the mall as a courtesy. The building and garage was spotless and very inviting. Very positive visit.

Excellent car buying Experience
Hands down the best car buying experience, I have ever had. I live 2 hours away from Lima and found a vehicle, me and my wife really liked online. Our car dealership here locally did not have anything we were interested in. I made a call to find out more about vehicle, and was put in touch with Dave Osborn. With a small deposit he was able to hold vehicle till I could come and look at. Had it not been for the excellent conversation with Dave, we could have been in and out in less than an hour. The loan was already taken care of and paperwork as well. All I had to do was sign and drive away vehicle. All the stuff you spend hours in a dealership taking care of was already done, which is nice when you are 2 hours away. I have already recommended Lima Auto Mall to my friends and family.

Chase Martin was most helpful.
Chase Martin was most helpful in helping me get into the car that I wanted. He was excellent in his knowledge, willingness to answer my questions and help me. I felt as if I was working with a friend and by working together there were no surprises. I spent many hours with Chase through the test drive and the next afternoon we worked from One PM until I drove off the lot in my new car well after closing time. Chase never pressured me and never said anything about the dealership being closed over an hour when we finished. The only bad thing about Chase is that he is very gullible, since it was April Fools Day the Finance Manager and I played a prank on Chase. He took it hook line and sinker, and then laughed about it. Chase made the buying experience very enjoyable and today I consider Chase my friend and salesman for as long as I buy cars.
