I had a recent job change that required more driving than my current lease could afford. I explained my situation to the team at Lima Auto Mall and I had very strict criteria for what I was looking for in a vehicle that I will be spending a lot of time in. After about a week of texting and calling back and forth they found me the exact car I was looking for down to the color combination and features I wanted. They worked above and beyond to get me a great rate (even better than my own credit union could get me), and the price was more than fair considering the amount of attention I felt I received. They even gave me more than AutoTrader Trade-In Marketplace could get me for my lease I had to trade-in! These guys stepped up in all facets of this deal and my 2014 Cadillac even has a LIFETIME warranty. Talk about peace of mind and a worry free process! The absolute best car buying experience I've ever had! I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle! Thank you guys so much for being honest and open with me during every step of the process. Dave advised to complete the online financing application and they would begin work while we driving to the dealership. We arrived at the dealership at 540p (they closed at 6p). The car was waiting out front for us, and warmed up. We test drove the car and decided to buy it. Aaron worked with us on the financing and we finished up around 7p. Dave and Aaron did a great job working with us, and we appreciate them staying late to complete the deal.

I had already done research on price of vehicle I wanted so I went to dealership intending to only research financing and my payment options. To my surprise salesman was able to find a vehicle my wife and I liked and work out the financing so that I was able to get the payment I was wanting. Salesman and finance manager also stayed several hours late to help us wrap up all paperwork in one evening!

Lima Auto Mall made things easy. Very efficient and friendly experience. They really know what they are doing it really is hassle free. Never "pushy". Their website has a lot of information so that you can zero in and research what you want before going to the lot. What you see on the site is what you will see on the lot. Once you are there, they will answer any question about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend these folks.

In the past I bought from this dealer, not bad service. Here lately not so much. I looked at a 2013 Camaro almost a year ago and was offered it, out the door for less than 41,000. I waited for quite a while, then seen it was still sitting there on the lot. I inquired about it once again, the exact same car. This time they wanted more than 45,000 out the door. I could but the 2014 for that! I had the same guy that wrote both estimates and I reminded him of the previous deal on the 2013. They wouldn't even honor the previous deal. Sounds like they really don't care about repeat customers. I think I will deal with Delphos who at least still have that small town personal connection to their customers.

This is a clean dealership and they have professional and courteous people. Service and sales department are great areas to work with. They want you in a vehicle that you will be happy with and with in your price range. The service department makes excellent recommendations when having your vehicle serviced. Everyone here gives the best 5 star service when and where they can. The vehicles of all calibers are clean in and outside of the building. They strive for excellence every time I walk in. I have given an excellent rating to lima auto mall and the people I worked with because they where genuine to me and where really interested in doing business with me. I am very pleased how they treated me. I was treated very well and they did all they could to get me into the car I fell in love with. The dedication they showed to me has insured me to be a life long customer as long as they keep there customer service up. I will be recommending the Lima Auto Mall to everyone I know searching for a new or used car.

My husband and I went to Lima Auto Mall on February 27, 2014 to buy an Equinox for me. The salesman that helped us was Todd Tetreault. He treated us great with respect and found us the best deal that we could get for our money and what I would need. We ended up buying an 2014 Equinox.
