My husband and I went to Lima Auto Mall on February 27, 2014 to buy an Equinox for me. The salesman that helped us was Todd Tetreault. He treated us great with respect and found us the best deal that we could get for our money. We ended up buying an 2014 Equinox. Todd you were great thanks for great experience you are the best.

I have given an excellent rating to lima auto mall and the people I worked with because they where genuine to me and where really interested in doing business with me. I am very pleased how they treated me. I was treated very well and they did all they could to get me into the car I fell in love with. The dedication they showed to me has insured me to be a life long customer as long as they keep there customer service up. I will be recommending the Lima Auto Mall to everyone I know searching for a new or used car.

I stopped in after work to view a specific 2014 Silverado I had seen online. They worked hard and fast to get me into my new truck. The entire sales staff was friendly and willing to do what it took to make my experience an enjoyable one.

Wonderful dealership exceptional sales and service

This is a clean dealership and they have professional and courteous people. Service and sales department are great areas to work with. They want you in a vehicle that you will be happy with and with in your price range. The service department makes excellent recommendations when having your vehicle serviced. Everyone here gives the best 5 star service when and where they can. The vehicles of all calibers are clean in and outside of the building. They strive for excellence every time I walk in. Keep up the great work everyone! Thank you for wonderful service from Steve Morrison, my sales rep. He treats you like a person who has a need and he wants to help you get there. I could go on and on.

I first thought I was going to have some problems when...

I first thought I was going to have some problems when there was some confusion on the original price of the vehicle. I took the quote home and did my homework and crunched some numbers. I came back a day later and made my offer and it took a few times and an agreement was made. I just wish I had asked for a second set of keys; because I found out later that the key was a special key that had a chip in it and it had to be made by a dealer and ended up costing me $70. The sales person was good to work with and had a good personality and not aggressive. Overall, good experience and I am pleased with my purchase.

Great buying experience

I was very impressed with the buying experience I had at Lima Auto Mall. I purchased a 2013 Chrysler van and everyone I came into contact with was cordial and helpful. On the day I picked up the van it was clean and ready to go. They were supposed to install 2 new tires but had trouble getting them in time for delivery. The solution was that they gave me the choice of bringing the van back or reducing the price of the van by the amount the tires cost. Since I live 50 miles away, I chose the latter. After 3 months, we love the van and will certainly contact Lima Auto Mall when it is time for another vehicle. These folks are great to do business with!
