Lima Auto Mall

I was in need of a great deal fast because I had totaled my Jeep that week. I found this Jeep on autotrader.com. I called Lima Auto Mall and got the pleasure of meeting Eve. I called 1 hr. before closing time & told her my story & that I was very interested in this Jeep. She told me there was a couple trying to get it, but they were having trouble. I live 1 1/2 hrs. away from Lima so she stayed over, pre-approved me and I was there at 10am the following morning. When I arrived she had my beautiful Jeep pulled up front with a sold sign in it warming up for my test drive. She was very thorough showing me the car fax report and the inspection report explaining to me the things that were fixed when they took it in on trade. After the test drive, we went inside where Tod was ready with all my paperwork. He was very awesome at explaining each and every paper I signed. Within the first week there were 2 small things needing fixed and they promptly took care of them without me having to drive 1 1/2 there. I would highly recommend Lima Auto Mall and Eve! You can tell that she really enjoys what she does. She takes a picture of everyone she sells a car to with there new car, emails you one and has them all on a pile on her desk...I thought that was a neat touch :)

I had a very enjoyable experience purchasing our 2013 Chrysler Town & Country from the Lima Auto Mall. I worked primarily with Dave to come to an agreement on our new van. He was very cordial and I never felt pressured to make an immediate decision. The day we picked up our van, Dave was out of town, so Rick and Tod help complete the details. All were great to work with and I felt I received a good deal as well. The car was clean and ready to go when we arrived. I highly recommend the Lima Auto Mall!

I traveled from SouthWest Michigan down to the Lima Auto Mall and went to purchase a 2013 Cadillac ATS. Unfortunately, I got a late start and ended up getting to the dealer only 30 minutes before closing, but this was no problem for Rick as he provided a full experience regardless of the time being past the closing. I'm very happy with my experience with Lima Auto Mall and specifically Rick who really went above and beyond to provide a good purchasing experience. I prefer the laid back approach, and Rick was this and more and was not pushy in the slightest, which is definitely my preference. I highly recommend using Lima Auto Mall in Lima, Ohio!

Nick was super friendly! He made absolutely sure that we were certain with what we wanted, answered all our questions and even told us that we would probably make more on our old car by selling it outright vs. trading it in. He took the time to review features of the car, show us the where's and how's of the car instead of just saying that the owners booklet would tell us the info. They do all they can to make sure we leave the dealership happy and satisfied! The next vehicle that we wish to buy, Nick and The Lima Auto Mall will be the 1st place we look with!

We had been looking for a long time for this vehicle, Lima Auto Mall had just what we wanted at a very fare price. Dave Osbon was really good at explaining everything and very helpful. Ryan Swaney was an up front kinda person who gave us his best deal right away, we like that. Tod Kitchen was amazing at explaining the financial part of it. He did not talk over your head and was very through about the process. The over all experience was great and I would highly recommend it.
