Lima Auto Mall

After agreeing to a deal they delayed the contracts for several days. In that time I sold my truck in anticipation of the new trucks arrival. Once the delayed contracts reached me there was additional $1600.00 tacked on to my surprise. They never notified me at any time they were having trouble holding to the deal. Now I am without a truck and without a new truck. I would highly recommend finding a dealer that will be honest and straight forward if the deal changes. Don't trust them as they do not hold to their word.

I am very pleased with the salesman (Aaron Brougher) we worked with. We called late in the day on a saturday & Aaron informed us that they closed at 3pm but he would be happy to stay open to show us the car . We are from out of town & this was a great suprise to be able to look at the car that day. When we arrived he answered all of our questions & allowed us to drive the vehicle. We then worked on the pricing. The dealership worked with us to achieve a price that fit our budget. Every step of this process was pleasent & honest (refreshing). When we picked up the car, it was cleaned & full of fuel. I highly recomend this dealership & Aaron for any purchase you may need. I will look to them first for my next purchase. Troy Fields

My wife & I were looking for a vehicle with a very specific color scheme. We'd not been successful finding one in the Indianapolis area. I called Lima Auto Mall first to ensure they actually had the vehicle & then to confirm its condition, warranty, etc. I initially spoke with the internet sales manager & was then transferred to Aaron - who was extremely helpful and alleviated any concerns I had about driving 3 hours out of my way to Lima, Ohio. Upon arriving, Aaron displayed exceptional knowledge of the vehicle & continued to allow me to kick the tires as I pondered my next move. I did not feel "sold" I felt like I purchased a vehicle with the help of a well-trained consultant.

Rick jones is a very nice salesperson and I got the best deal I could find i checked all around the state. They gave me a good price for my trade a lot better than anywhere else which made my decision easy to make they did not play sales games they gave me their best deal at the start of the process and gave me time to make a good decision and check around. chase is the new sales person, eager to be proven, and proven he is! We purchased our Cadillac at the price we wanted to give and traded for what we wanted to trade. Chase was professional and so personable, would highly suggest him! Tod Kitchen also was extremely helpful After narrowing our search to two vehichles, one in Sydney and the other at Lima automall, we chose Chase Martin, the salesperson, then the car!! He is an asset to the community at Lima automall and our next purchase will be there.

Purchasing a vehicle should be an exciting experience, however that is to often not the case due to dishonesty or trickery done to make the final cost seem like a good deal. However my first and only purchase at this dealership was truly different. I was treated as if I could be a potential customer however not pressured to become one. I did not quite achieve the final number I set out for but I did walk out feeling I did my best. The salesman showed compassion towards my wants even though we could not quite reach my goal. He also had answers for every detail I ask about the vehicle. Best of all my wife (not present during purchase) is very impressed with her new vehicle in which was a surprise for our anniversary. Now a word of advice to the dealership would be to make a notation on there website when listing price to state that a GM rebate is already deducted from listing price. I was not aware rebate was already discounted and thought I was going to receive a even better deal. Overall thumbs up to Lima Automall!
