I was "only looking"....

Went in for a look. Drove home in a new vehicle. Carlos Vargas introduced himself and listened intently to our needs. He found realistic options and didn't waste our time on on up sales or push something we didn't want. The actual agreement and financial paperwork was completed in a reasonable time frame and we were pleased with the deal. The only thing we waited on was the detailing, because they had sold several cars in the time we were there. It passed quickly as we chatted with our salesman, Carlos.

Scam artists!

Scam artists! Bait and switch tactics. Beware!!! Don’t buy a car there. I called and made an appointment for a specific vehicle at a specific time when I arrived, they couldn’t even find the car and I had to wait a half an hour until they did. Then the after they found the vehicle they let me drive it, and when we sat down inside to discuss the financing, he came back and said I can give you a better deal on this vehicle. after all the time we spent that car was apparently sold don’t risk it don’t buy from Gateway Kia.

PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING!!

PLEASE do your homework before buying a car from this dealership. This dealership likes to hike prices well over MSRP. Not all dealers are created equally.

I love Kia of Quakertown!

Kia of Quakertown goes above and beyond, keeping me updated, friendly service, considerate of my time, waiting area with water, coffee, and big screen TV are always available.

The service department is horrible. I would go to another service department if you are able to drive your vehicle.

Stay Away Please!!!!!

They kept bringing out more and more autos, these were all used and some had very high mileage. They are high pressure and finally I said NO!!! But they don't take NO for an answer they kept calling and texting me. There prices are also out of line compared with other dealers. Now I getting letters from so many Fianacial places and my credit score took a major hit. If you want to pay high prices, be pressured and get your credit score hit bad, this is the place to go!!!

Never again

First car I bought we were lied to about how much it could tow….only reason we even purchased the car was for towing. Find out at service appointment that it did not tow what we were told. We towed with it for 2years. To try and remedy the problem they traded it in fora brand new car. The brand new car started stalling out. Took to service multiple times and the problem was never fixed. Now I bought another brand new car from them had it for 2 weeks and the A/C is broken. Told there’s no power going to it and they don’t know why. I will never buy another Kia and especially from this dealer.

Excellent deal

Excellent staff. Very attentive . Great prices. Will work with you to get deal done. Mike and Luiz are excellent sellers. Would highly recommend then for a new car

Stay Away

They use terrible language in the office when I visited. I heard the manager call an old African American woman the N word. I yelled at them and left.
